The Southey Way can help you get into shape, reduce body fat, increase core strength and shift your mindset, to enable you to live life to the full and take on new challenges and adventures with energy and confidence in your ability.

Evidence shows that women are having families later in life, returning to work for longer, juggling the teenage years, often looking after elderly relatives alongside this, whilst also facing the challenges of flagging energies, physical changes and diminishing confidence levels. It’s no wonder that women often cave in under all the pressure, lose confidence or at the very least, lack their sense of purpose.

The Southey Way 12 week introductory on-line exercise programme provides you with all the training, support, guidance and motivation to reset and energise your life.

The programme is tailored to each individual, consisting of 3 training sessions a week, of roughly 30 minutes work, which can be carried out in the comfort of your own home. Each training session has strength and fitness exercises, as well as essential mobility elements to ensure your body gets strong and supple. All exercises will be adapted to your current fitness and ability and are supported with video demonstration clips.

Signing up to the Southey Way also gives members special access to a private on-line support group. This members only group benefits from sharing positive encouragement and accountability plus access to Sara Southey’s leadership and motivational skills to help achieve long term goals.
