This is a delicious accompaniment to the daal.
- 250 grams vegan yoghurt
- 40 grams cucumber
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin powder
- Less than 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 sprig fresh coriander, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Dried coriander leaves for decoration
- Finely dice the cucumber.
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Finally decorate the raita by sprinkling a pinch of cumin powder, mustard powder and dried coriander leaves from a height.
- Serve as an accompaniment and enjoy.
