  • 250 grams vegan yoghurt
  • 40 grams cucumber
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin powder
  •  Less than 1⁄4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 sprig fresh coriander, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Dried coriander leaves for decoration
  1. Finely dice the cucumber.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
  3. Finally decorate the raita by sprinkling a pinch of cumin powder, mustard powder and dried coriander leaves from a height.
  4. Serve as an accompaniment and enjoy.
